Announcing Nufinetes Version 2.3, now with custom ERC-20 and ERC-721 support, Polygon Network, and more!

Nufinetes updates keep rolling in! 2.3 represents another big step forward with a new network and custom tokens. Available now at https://nufinetes.com and the Apple and Google stores. NOTE: Nufinetes 2.3 has not yet been accepted in the App store for Mac devices. Our team is working with the App store to rectify this as soon as possible. It is already available for iOS through the App store.
Overview of the new features in your Nufinetes wallet:
Polygon Network support
The Polygon network (native token: MATIC) has been making waves with their high profile partnerships (e.g. Reddit; Nike) and growing number of unique wallet addresses (currently >192 million). Introduced with Nufinetes 2.3 is Polygon network support, meaning you can now store Polygon-based tokens and interact with Polygon-based dApps with your Nufinetes wallet. Simply switch networks at the top of the wallet to try it out! In this release, ERC-721 or ERC-1155 class tokens are not supported on Polygon. These will be added in a future update.
Custom ERC-20 support across all networks
Possibly the most-requested feature since Nufinetes launch, we are proud to announce that version 2.3 adds custom token support across all four supported networks and their testnets. When accessing an individual wallet inside Nufinetes, you can find the ‘Add Custom Token’ option at the bottom of the wallet’s page. You will need to provide the contract address of the custom token, and the ticker should auto-fill. Bear in mind that Nufinetes can bear no responsibility for the verification of custom tokens. There are many scams that impersonate various tokens, please confirm with official sources to verify that you have the correct contract information and the correct network.
Custom ERC-721 NFT support on Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain
To date, we’ve made our best effort to incorporate an extensive list of NFT projects on Ethereum and BSC. With the rapid development that we see in the web3 space, there will certainly be gaps in these lists as new projects are founded and new collections are minted. With 2.3, we are introducing the ability to add custom ERC-721s to your Nufinetes wallets.
Similar to the custom ERC-20 feature, you’ll find the option to add a custom ERC-721 at the bottom of the NFT tab within a specific wallet. This feature is available on Ethereum and BSC at 2.3 launch.
Display of activated SmartNFTs in the VIM list
If you have recently activated a SmartNFT from a third-party smartified collection, congratulations. With 2.3 and beyond, these NFTs will also be displayed alongside your original VIMworld VIM collection within the Nufinetes NFT interface.
Display of fed VEED in your VIMs and USDT value
On individual wallet pages, you may now find the balance of VEED inside all of your VIMs combined displayed under your wallet’s BEP-20 VEED balance. An estimate of the fed VEED’s value in USDT is also displayed.
Further optimization
Various process optimization within Nufinetes, for example in connectivity to Chrome on Desktop and more efficient use of the Ethereum Infura service within the App, should make for an overall improved experience. Work is ongoing to bring iPhone connectivity to the expected standard for the next iteration of Nufinetes.
