The 2023 new wallet VIM-feeding growth event: your guide
In a recent blog post, VIMworld announced “Queen Rosalie’s Proclamation”, whereby new wallets that starting from 1st March feed F-tier VIMs to C-tier and then to S-tier will be rewarded with free Incubators and raffle entries for Boxes.
This is an excellent opportunity for newer (and older!) users of the platform to build a portfolio of Incubation-compatible and $POWA-generating VIMs, with free Incubators and the possibility to win Boxes containing EGGs, that they can hatch to obtain valuable companions.
In this article we recap the conditions of the event, and provide some further useful information.
How the event works:
Part 1.
Starting on March 1, 2023, each new wallet that feeds an F-tier VIM up to C-tier, OR purchases a new C-tier VIM from the Arcade will be rewarded with a special basic Incubator and receive one entry into a Box raffle. This event will run through March 31st to provide ample feeding time.
Part 2.
Any new wallet that continues feeding up to S0-tier VIM by June 15th will ALSO be rewarded with an S Incubator and an entry into another Box raffle.
C-tiers available in the Arcade
To simplify the process of acquiring a VIM, special Arcade Dispensers will be live from March 1st to 31st with opportunities to purchase F-tier and C-tier VIMs at fixed prices. Just connect a new wallet with VEED, choose the Dispenser and click buy. Then the feeding fun begins!
New Wallet Criteria
- Brand new Wallet address that has never contained a VIM or VEED
- Only one C-tier per wallet is eligible to receive the reward for duration of event
C-tier VIM Criteria
- Purchase a new F-tier VIM and feed it to C-tier between March 1–31; OR
- Transfer an existing F-tier VIM and feed it to C-tier between March 1–31; OR
- Purchase a new C-tier VIM from VIMworld Arcade between March 1–31
- Only one C-tier per wallet is eligible to receive the reward for duration of event
S-tier VIM Criteria
- Purchase a new F-tier VIM and feed it to S0-tier between March 1 to June 15; OR
- Transfer an existing F-tier VIM and feed it to S0-tier between March 1 to June 15; OR
- Purchase a new C-tier VIM from VIMworld Arcade and feed it to S0-tier between March 1 to June 15
- Only one S0-tier per wallet is eligible to receive the reward for duration of event
The first snapshot will take place on February 28 at 5pm PST (March 1 at 12am UTC). Only new wallets created AFTER this date will be eligible for this event.
The second snapshot will take place on April 1 at 5pm PST (April 2 at 12am UTC) to determine all qualifying wallets. The last 4 numbers of qualifying wallets will be posted in an announcement, with details on how to claim your Incubator and details for the raffle drawing.
For those that continue feeding to S-tier the final snapshot will be taken on June 16 at 5pm PST (June 17 at 12am UTC) to determine all qualifying wallets. The last 4 numbers of qualifying wallets will be posted in an announcement, with details on how to claim your S Incubator and details for the raffle drawing.

FAQ
-Can I use feasting or sharing to bring my VIM to C-tier/S-tier?
As long as you do it in a wallet that has not previously contained VEED or VIMs, and start from F-tier, you may use any method to reach the target tier.
-How much VEED will I need to reach C-tier or S-tier?
The amount of VEED needed to reach a certain tier changes dynamically depending on the price of VEED.
-If I want to participate in the event and I have a D-tier VIM, can I transfer it to a new wallet after March 1st and continue feeding to C? Will it be okay? Or do I have to lower to F-tier first and then transfer it to a new wallet and start feeding it to C?
The VIM has to be an F-tier at the first snapshot (Feb 28), and be in the new wallet by the second one (Apr 1) at C-tier or higher. For the first snapshot it can have some VIMenergy inside, as long as it is F-tier.
