The meaning of $POWA, it’s in your hands!
One of the most exciting aspects of our $POWA secondary token are the governance implications. We feel the best way to kick-off the era of $POWA governance is to put the very important decision of defining the official meaning of the “P.O.W.A.” acronym to the community. Tell us what $POWA means to you!
The winner will not only go down in history as the one who had the honor of naming the $POWA token, but will also win a special reward. This will be elaborated on when the details of POWA-based voting are revealed in Stage 3. Participation in the voting will also be rewarded.
First, we will need a way to narrow the ideas down to 1 idea per person. For this we will use Twitter polls.
What we need each person to do is submit up to 4 entries for the meaning of POWA. If you have already submitted entries (can be found in the list below), then you will probably wish to indicate which 4 are your preferred ones, or we will choose the best ones for you. The deadline for submissions is midnight PST on Thursday Mar 2, 2023. Please submit entries in the main channel of our Discord server.
In Stage 2, we will then poll the community on Twitter to decide on one entry per person. After that, there will be an on-chain voting process to determine the final winner in Stage 3.
Stages of the contest:
Stage 1: 3 days to collect submissions of up to 4 per person.
Stage 2: Voting on Twitter to narrow the choices down to one per person.
